On election night I was not in Philadelphia, but did my post from Wildwood New Jersey. Wildwood is a small resort town that only has a small population during the winter. There were not any lines at the polls both times when i visited at around 2:00 pm and then again at 6:00 pm. When I talked to the officials there they said that most people came to vote on their lunch breaks at around 12:00pm. Noon was the only time they noticed a line forming to vote.
